I was thinking it maybe can't obtain information from places that can recieve its radio signals or only knows details about people that are listening to his station. I wasn't positive about just having regular access to classified information, but maybe if you requested a non-existent song involving such information or persons (like your aforementioned rap battle or a song about a certain SCP) he would be able find a matching song in his library, but would not show prior knowledge of it. He might have a similar reaction to songs in non-English languages: he doesn't know the song himself or understand the lyrics, but he knows he's got it somewhere and can go find it.

…now I picture him having a song about SCP-106 set to "Bed Intruder".

Not a bad idea, information leaks are something to be scared of. Maybe it could add to the creepiness by broadcasting messages or live feed from some Keter and Euclid SCPs to add to the creepiness. And to avoid unwanted omniscience, it could be that somehow it rigged or got access to Foundation resources.

On a side note, it could also play Able and 682's rap battle…or maybe some recordings of the experiment logs…you say it.

I like this, pretty good idea clean it up a bit and make some additions and I would gladly +1 The idea itself and the small description you included seemed pretty badass and I would like to see how it turns out. Make a little test run on the sandbox and link me :D.

I kinda considered giving him access to memetic hazards in his library, maybe he even wipes memory of his station from civilians with one of his own broadcasts containing a sound-based amnesiac after agreeing to "containment" and no longer broadcasting outside Foundation property.

Hmm could have some potential, but I would imagine it needs a bigger twist to make it of interest to the foundation. I would consider what risks/dangers are incurred from the knowledge and material he can play. Perhaps he can play memetic material as well posing significant danger.

I recently had an idea for an unusual SCP. Basically, it's a radio station and corresponding phone number with a few anomalous properties. First off, it has no broadcasting station to speak of; the Foundation has yet to figure out where its broadcasts are coming from or where the phone calls made to its hotline are going. Second, the station's DJ, a male voice calling himself (insert nickname here) appears capable of knowing details about his listeners/caller's lives without being told, and may include them in his "shout-outs" to listeners or conversations with callers (in addition to his near unlimited repertoire of songs he has available to play on request). The SCP's only danger it carries is the possibility of information leaks ("And now here's a shout out to Dr. █████, our friend from the Foundation! Keeping us safe from who-knows-what since [DATE REDACTED]! Thank you, doctor, and keep up the good work! Here's [SONG NAME REDACTED]" -shout out made when Dr. █████ anonymously placed a request to play [SONG NAME REDACTED]). The entity doesn't appear to have any malevolent intent, he's just doing his job and doesn't appear to realize when information is private or classified. Not sure how containment would go, the Foundation might just have to keep intercepting his broadcasts until he eventually decides to only broadcast to Foundation-authorized sites (maybe he needs to have listeners in order to live? Idk.)

All in all, it's just an odd and random idea I had, but does it have any potential as an SCP?
