So my basic idea is a Jukebox, or other music player, that when music is played, it doesn't play music at a frequency humans can hear, but will cause people to do the action a song is singing about, like if a song goes like, "The audience screams in ecstasy!" The listener would start screaming in an excited fashion. Maybe linking it to a few humanoid SCPs too. I'm here for feedback and to see if it's already been done. Thanks.

Compulsion SCPs are pretty overdone. Typically, an SCP object's effect forcing someone to do something tends to be a bit of a lame narrative, since things are more interesting if there's a struggle involved, and/or if the people instead do things of their own volition rather than just because the author needs them to for the story to work. Consider reading through the further discussion on the narrative issues of compulsion and addiction effects.

I say don't. There's no reason for the Foundation to run these sorts of frivolous tests, especially if the information obtained doesn't necessarily outweigh the potential risks to the safety of the site, personnel, and/or the humanoid entity itself. If you really want to try a crosslink, first read over the Crosslinks Guide for more meaningful ways to mention others' articles in your works.
Personally, I recommend trying something else. "You do what a song says" has been done a couple times by various SCPs but not as simply/predictably. We have the dance craze SCP that's sort of like that, and the World's Best Jukebox that causes events to happen pertaining to the song, not just affecting humans.
I knew this was a fairly active forum, but that was quick. I'm still interested in having a musically baised SCP, maybe you could point me in a direction? Or if its overdone I can return to the drawing board as well, I haven't delved more then thought and a note in my phone toward the idea.

We do have a pretty wide variety of anomalies that reference music and/or are musical instruments, so if you just want "something to do with music" then you should probably first familiarize yourself with what the audience has already seen.
How many existing musical SCPs have you read?
SCP-624 and SCP-926 come to mind, and they are the only ones I've read, time to do more research on musical SCPs
You can use the Tag Search tool: http://www.scp-wiki.net/tag-search and input the tag "musical".
