Noting that this is currently on the mainsite here: http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-4078 Also, it looks like the feedback received wasn't implemented (for all non-measurement numbers less than 10, write out the number as one, two, three, etc. For all numbers greater than 10, write out the number and only the number. So 34 meters and NOT thirty-four (34) and so on).
Author, for this particular case, you may find it helpful to bring your concept to the Ideas and Brainstorming forum before you try fixing the draft. You can go to that forum, post a quick summary of the concept you want to write up (don't link the draft unless someone asks), and reviewers there can help you make the idea more interesting and make the presentation smoother.
Right now, what you have is very sloppy looking (your formatting and spacing need to be fixed first if you expect reviewers to have the patience to read through the entire thing) and the core concept isn't well-explained (you never mention what the SCP-XXXX-1 instances are, just how they become SCP-XXXX-1 instances and what they do. But it's never defined what an SCP-XXXX-1 instance actually is.
Furthermore, you have way too many tests that don't need to be in individual collapsibles. And on and on. This will need a lot of work if you want people to take it seriously on the mainsite. Start by polishing up the idea first.
