If the bottle is poured out over a pet, it gets a case of "zoomies", starts running around excitedly for up to 5 minutes.
I think zoomies are hilarious, but also would have trouble taking this seriously if it were mainlisted. I feel like this would do much better as a joke article, to be honest.
Consuming more lighting bottles will gradually immunize against regular electrical currents, while a permanent electrical field starts developing and growing in strength.
I'm not entirely sure why the Foundation would do repeat tests waiting for something bad to happen though? Also, how many of these do they have on hand? Does the "lightning" run out?
The final stage of the transformation transmutes the entity or item into essentially a continuous lighting, which still has the same properties as before.
Eh… I'm not too sure about this, especially since if someone's made up of electrical currents, they can't really pick up and drink out of a bottle, right?
I'm not sure if it would be a good Wondertainment product, but that's my first idea.
I don't think it's very kid-friendly, nor do I really see what fun would result from the effects here. Also, you don't need this thing to make pets hyperactive (thought if they're normally not hyper, not a good thing to force it).
I'll be honest, I was reminded of that video where people stick an iPhone charger in a corndog soaked in Monster energy drink and it actually charges. I feel like I'd much rather read a joke article about some researcher documenting the various uses of this "lightning in a bottle", positive and negative side effects included, and the punchline being a note from their boss about them being banned from the energy drinks in the staff lounge or something.
