Heres my idea. Why are there so many groups of interest? Why so many anomalies? surely it doesn't make sense. So heres the idea for this cluttered world.
SCP-XXXX is an abandoned gas station that serves as the entrance to another dimension, similar to our own but completely dead and incapable of supporting life. There are many investigations but after losing D-bois too much they send in an MTF who discover the D-class have started a society, and the world has become significantly more habitable. After more investigation into abandoned sites and such, the secret unravels. The world wasnt interesting. In this universe, the scp foundation never expanded beyond series 1 and GOIs stayed limited to a handful. This resulted in a loss of interest of "something" which led to the world slowly dying. And why did the D-class survive? well the story of a bunch of d-class surviving on their own makes for some interesting tales. it concludes with a message, from an O5. an admission. Most of the GOIs and anomalies are produced intentionally. The Chaos Insurgency was easy to make, Dr, Wondertainment makes a nice cover to make new anomalies. All for the sake of keeping things interesting, because we all saw what happens when things get boring.
What do you think? Ive only submitted one SCP and it was a lot smaller scale. Im also planning on incorporating a GOI im building.
