Quick draft i've been working on tonight. Have my doubts specifically about the Containment Procedures. Dont know how to phrase it. The idea is "area big, cant control it since people own it already, gotta regulate how many enter" and then "lets keep the myth alive that looking at the full moon is bad, that should help a bit". Since the phenomenon is triggered by looking at the full moon, creating myths around that and utilizing local culture to enhance those fears is a good thing.

Okay, took a quick look at this since it fell to page 3 with no replies. Also, I like short snappy drafts! Here are my thoughts:

• Due to the size and location of the area in which the phenomenon takes place (designated Area-71-Gamma), SCP-XXXX is currently uncontained. Instead > you can get rid of all this and just go right to the instructions people can follow. Also, physically uncontainable is not the same as uncontainable, fullstop.
• focus on regulating the access of civilian personnel to Area71-Gamma to the bare minimum > "regulating access to the bare minimum" seems a little… shaky wording?
• must ensure that such a belief does not fade or completely dies within the new generation of gauchos. > shouldn't it be "die" rather than dies? Unless they're trying to ensure that the belief does die? Better wording would just be "ensure that said belief remains passed on through each successive generation…" or the like.
• senses will intrude in the subjects psyche > missing apostrophe. Also, I'm not sure if "psyche" is really a clinical enough term to use here.
• It is believed that the horse will be influenced as well > period at the end

I'm admittedly not too sure about this. It's a pretty standard compulsion/hallucination mix, and I'm not entirely sure how the Foundation managed to get so much information about the preliminary stages of the anomaly when the people experience such drastic sensory changes. Also I feel like it'd be more interesting if it was just the horse that was compelled.

I dunno. Did you happen to get the concept checked in the Ideas forum? If not, I highly recommend doing so. You have some solid unique containment procedures, but the description doesn't really match up with it and feels a bit like a letdown.
