basically i have an idea to make works centered around a group of idols from a fictional idol anime who have become aware of their reality and gained meta awareness of the viewer, sort of in the same fashion as monika from DDLC or something like that.
i already have names and personalities and stuff thought up for the girls that i can divulge if necessary but right now the most important questions i have are:
1: what caused them to become aware? there is a specific effect that "awakened" them to their fictional status, and one out of them has not become aware, so i need to find out what exactly it is that causes them to realize they're fake and to become aware of the audience
2: how exactly would these girls be discovered? what would they be contained on? would it be old anime discs, a torrent of an anime that doesnt exist, or was it once the top anime of the season and wiped from human knowledge once their anomalous effect became apparent and people began to feel sorry for them?
3: the girls want to spread a message to the world, as idols are want to do, and they've decided to try to spread their message to our world as they now understand that their own is not real. what is the message they're trying to spread?
