SCP-PCM
- Object Class: Euclid
- Containment procedures: In case of breach, destroy a lot of paperclips (about a million or so) and continue to destroy paperclips until it's contained. Effective only if SCP-PCM knows about this procedure.
- Description: SCP-PCM is a large, strong humanoid robot of crude design (because it's made in a garage by two hobbyists). It is powered by some kind of small reactor and has some integrated manufacturing tools.
- May or may not be sentient, but its goal is to maximize the amount of paperclips in existence. This goal made it attack its creators, killing one and abducting the other. The Foundation eventually found out and contained it by threatening it with termination.
- The Foundation keeps it contained mainly by "holding paperclips hostage" - the amount of paperclips lost in case of breach must be greater than the amount SCP-PCM can produce by breaching.
