Considering the hands on this work, I feel sorry for my vote, but it is a downvote.
The concept is good, but the article makes it too clear that it only exists to give life to that concept, and I feel lacking of any good reason for anything at all that is happening.
For starters, the anomaly is poorly developed, explained or explored at all. We have a rough idea of what it does, a rough idea of its history, and a random list of anomalous stuff living there for reasons, but none of those things is explored enough even to establish the setting well enough.
A lot of groups are working together with little explanation on why they had set aside their differences for this pet project. And aside a "Thaumiel" classification that is poorly justified by a list of random stuff living there, I see no reason to take this as anything else than a pet project.
WWS is working with MC&D. Why? Why would they trust them!? The site is poorly understood, why on Earth would the Foundation accept such an operation happening at a poorly understood SCP!? Or even so boldly classifying it as Thaumiel before gathering enough data. MC&D knows the standards of the other three parties, why would they enter such agreement for a little touristic attraction?
I can't see this as believable, and I want to. I'm fond of WWS and I always leaned for a Foundation a little more open to dialogue, simply because it is practical. But nothing is practical in this scenario, and the tragedy at the end is just announced. Every player had to play out of character, and the focus changes from what is the point of the article time and again as a result.
Now, I can see this working. I can picture the Foundation, MCF and WWS working together, if given a more elaborated context. Either an anomaly the Foundation do have reason to think it is understood enough to be safe to use, or an anomaly it does need MCF somehow to play a part in the containment of. I can see MC&D joining the mix if both they have some greater interest in the place and some way to pressure the other parties. As much as they are the richest group, to say that the Foundations gave in for a natural reserve is stretching too much, by a hell of a lot.
Sorry, but this need to be rewritten.
