Special Containment Procedures: Anomaly cannot be contained due to the nature of anomaly

This indicates either a failure of creativity on your part, or a failure to understand what "containment" actually means. "Containment" doesn't always mean "stuff the thing in a box", some SCPs are nonphysical things, or things too big to be put into boxes. In cases like that, containment is made by suppressing info, keeping the public away from where it lives, and/or cleaning up after its mess (from removing anomalos objects in its wake to claiming that something mundane caused damage instead of a SCP).

I suggest you get the idea refined in the ideas and brainstorming section before doing any other work on this SCP.
