Mini Description: SCP-XXXX is a staff, the handle of SCP-XXXX is made of pure gold; the tip of SCP-XXXX has a sphere of diamond attached to the golden handle of SCP-XXXX. When two (2) biological beings grab onto SCP-XXXX (of the same sex) they can activate the staff by saying the words from SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX-1 is a brown book surrounded with a leather strap; it has clear instructions of how to activate SCP-XXXX-1. The book is written in Latin.
When SCP-XXXX is activated, the two individuals will have to decide together of what they want to do; going of from these questions.

• How many people and what people do you want to transform?

Well, one of the nicknames for these types of articles that feature things doing anomalous things would be a "Magic Item", and this being a staff makes that title even more relevant. This is literally a magic staff that allows for transfiguration. Don't get me wrong, these kinds of ideas succeed all the time on the wiki, but they all do something unique to set them apart from the droves of magic items that have come before them.

The issue that I foresee with this idea as you currently have it is that you are lacking a clear story or direction. What kind of narrative do you want to tell through the lens of a document about this staff? This essay may be able to point you in the right direction for this.
