SCP Foundation

My name is Logliar, and I come from the Philippines. I first heard of the SCP Foundation a few months ago after watching Markiplier's Let's Plays of Containment Breach, and boy, was I a tad confused at first. Since then I have been coming every now-and-then to read a few articles. I had decided to start reading those from Series I first, though it's a slow process, and it doesn't help that I jump to articles from II and III.

For now, I plan to simply sit down, lurk, and read as much of the wiki's content as I can. Probably pop in some comments and posts here on the forum as well, and maybe visit the chat. While I don't have any plans (nor ideas) to write for the site at this time, I do hope to get accustomed to the writing style needed for the articles and tales and maybe come up with something one day.

And… I think that's all I have to say. I'd tell a bit about some hobbies I have, but really, I don't do much aside from play video games and watch shows, heh.

Always nice to have an avid reader join. And frankly, there's nothing wrong with reading all the Series—Series II and III have some pretty amazing stuff, and the more recently-written something high-rated is, the better it fits to the site's current standards.

Even if you don't plan to write, you can try skimming through some of the guides in the Guide Hub to familiarize yourself with what sort of writing the community expects. You can also take a look at Roget's History of the Universe series, which details the development of the site since its early beginnings as creepypasta.

And hey, vidya games are cool. What genres do you like?
