Format: For numbers, just use only them spelled out or digits, as this isn't a legal document. Measurements should be made in SI units and unless they're really needed, don't specify them. [CLASSAFIED] is not only misspelled, it's also not used for redactions. "Shiny" is not a scientific term, and lust is also an iffy word.
Content: Around where should ten guards be stationed? That kind of information should not be redacted. While calling SCP objects by things other than their numbers has precedent, the fact that it resulted in the deaths of so many people is silly. "No direct contact of any kind should be made with skin or objects of an artificial nature other than plastic." Who shouldn't do this contact? Given how glasses are not permanent, mentioning them is somewhat irrelevant unless they play a role in his anomaly. Finally, there's various spelling errors.
General taste: Self-inserts are not prohibited, but they do irk people if done to show that your character is "special" as done here with Agent Codename (people also tend to dislike codenames for things that aren't MTFs) Hatter with him being the only one who can reach for the skip. There is precedent for containment procedures to request someone in particular, but here i seems tacky. Also, those two names make your character look like some generic villain from an "edgy" fanfic/anime/videogame/comic/movie/etc. . I'd seriously advice ditching them or at least changing them to something else.
