This is pretty lackluster, sorry. For one, I'm pretty sure that a human being cannot go without sleep for 14 days and still be alive (it's not scientifically proven why, but sleep is an important necessity).
Also:
Mixing any of the drinks results in [DATA EXPUNGED]. All instances of SCP-XXXX-A resulting from [DATA EXPUNGED] are to be terminated immediately.
This sort of expungment comes off as sloppy. There's not enough context given in the piece for the reader to get a good idea of what is likely to be behind the blanks (mixing drinks results in the whole thing blowing up into a maelstrom of pink glitter and confetti?) I'd recommend reading over this guide to fix that.
Overall, this is sort of generic. There's nothing particularly compelling about it; it's just a strange coffee maker. I'm going to need more if you want me to be invested in it as a reader. Some aspects people like to add into the SCP to give the reader more to think about include answers to questions like
- did this object ever have a greater significance before it was contained?
- was it ever special to someone?
- how was it initially discovered by the person who first owned it?
- why does it exist? Does it have a purpose?
- what might the intentions of the creator have been?
- how does it interact with others? Is it meant to do so that way?
