So, the idea has merit. There are some things you will need to do to give this report the look of an actual SCP report. I would suggest reading the How to write an SCP guide, specifically the formatting guide. There are some things consistent between each SCP that simply look out of place if not adhered to. The Aquiring of the doll story does not come off in a way one would expect to read that information in an SCP report, I would suggest including it as an interview with the agent or even with the doll. The containment description and SCP description both need a colder, more clinical feel as right now they seem very colloquial. I hope that advice helps.
Here is an example…
Interviewed: Agent ██████
Interviewer: Foundation Analyst
Foreword: This is a basic debriefing following the discovery of SCP-XXXX
<Begin Log, [optional time info]>
Interviewer: Can you me what happened at the home of ██████ ████████?
Agent █████: When we announced ourselves and ordered ██████ ████████ to back away, she turned and charged us with the knife, screaming something like, "You won't steal my BFF!"
Interviewer: Go on…
Agent █████: She didn't make it two steps before she went down. Course, her body vanished when it hit the ground. The book vanished with ██████ ████████. I then went forward to check out the doll, which had quit moving after ██████ ████████ removed the flesh from it. All around the pedestal the thing was on was skin. I hate this job sometimes.
