Here is the link to my sandbox page, which contains my first SCP entry attempt.
I would really appreciate any and all feedback, and hopefully I can edit the entry enough that it might be successful when I actually post it.
I had trouble with formatting experiment logs, so it might look a bit inconsistent.
Clinical tone might also be inconsistent at certain points.
Any recommendations on whether or not to find an appropriate picture?

Hm.

• Formatting's off. There should be spaces between the item #, object class, and procedures.
• Why isn't it just stored at some place where there's no seismic activity in the first place?
• The "number (X)" business isn't really applicable here. That's more for drug prescriptions and the like.
• You know, this isn't really Safe if we're this cautious about ensuring that it's sealed within foam and also making sure its striker is immobilized. Safe is when you stick something in a box and can forget about it.
• You know, the recovery log is nice and all, but it would be nice to have it after we learn of the anomalous effects. Remember the document's for containment, not for the researchers to have a nice story.
• The test logs restate what you already told us the skip can do, which is just randomly killing people who ring it. The only exception is the last one, which states that the bell targets the person who had intention of ringing it, not necessarily the ringer, but then you don't expand upon it in any way.
• Going back to the beginning, what 'effective safeguards' would researchers have to enforce? If they want to test, just don't have themselves be the ones ringing.

Overall, it's a thing that kills you, with an uninteresting history of recovery and only one extra implication that's not elaborated upon. Formatting the test logs won't be your issue - you need to seriously rethink this article's foundations if you want it to be anywhere close to being posted on the main site.
