could this be 'foo'? or a party related to 'foo'?

I think someone should should reserve a spot for 9009. I doubt anybody would do it, but it would be awesome.
Would the Foundation reserve 9009 based on that? I can see that two ways, either they lock that number to monkeywrench the threat 9009 might become, or maybe they would just watch it covertly to see what kind of item eventually ends up in that designation.
- in the time it takes for SCP numbering to rise that high, the Foundation will forget why this rock was classified as an SCP and make the number available again.
- this will change the numbering of the threat, but not her nature.
- we only think it's an ordinary rock….
Or they could designate, I don't know, a rock as 9009 and make sure absolutely nothing interacts with it.
I hope I'm not being superfluous with this, but I have stumbled upon a small log which may be of interest here:
That dude is fucking ugly.
Heh, that's kind of interesting in its own way.
Particularly the one dude who said "I NEVER have gay dreams, except for this man…" Methinks he doth protest too much.
Edit: The thisman site makes me think not of this particular SCP though, but a memetic virus that is transmitted by that picture. Have you dreamed of this man? WELL YOU WILL NOW. MUA HA HA HA HA.
I love this SCP. It's just the right amount of creepy and benevolence, with some nice foreshadowing.
Tip: We obviously can't contain him, but instead of a containment cell, maybe there should be a small task force or perhaps a series of experiments specifically geared to attempting to maintain contact. They could focus on things such as hypnosis, lucid dreaming training, and sedatives. Is there a pattern to his appearance, and are all new Foundation inductees briefed on his existence?
I'd think anyone Genre Savvy enough to last more than five seconds in the Foundation know that if a man tells you in a dream that disaster X is going to happen unless someone does Y, YOU GO TELL SOMEONE EVEN IF IT IS JUST A DREAM!!! It either means that dream guy knows what he's talking about, or the stress is getting to you and you need to see a therapist.
Either way, no harm in making sure, right?
I wish people would stop talking about genre-savviness. There is experience, and there is prudence, and there is genre-savviness. I want to remind you that the staff of the Foundation do not know they're living in a creepypasta and should not view the world that way.
I propose a moratorium on using any terms off of TV Tropes, ever.
