This is, well it's an interesting idea. We have a lot of meta skips, but I don't know if we have one that is self documenting.
The problem I have with this is less the writing and more that there isn't a lot here to draw me in and keep my interest. I don't know, personally, that there's much you can hang on this idea with the limitations you've set for yourself.
The only real way I can see this working is if the thing is just completely wrong. That is to say, it's adept at documenting itself and modifying existing documentation, but if someone wanted to they could (in violation of the containment procedures) change the documentation. But since the documentation is written by the object itself… that wouldn't be a real violation.
It turns back on itself pretty quickly. Researcher McRandom might, though, give fiddling with the document a try, and the results of that modification could be here in the piece somehow.
