Log 1:
It's just a mirror isn't it,guys, I mean what the hell a mirror can possibly do?. Dr > ████████ (after exposure to SCP-XXXX-A for 30 minutes)
Log 2:
At this point Dr ████████ begins vomiting profusely.
If this all taking place in a single test you do not need multiple logs for each occurrence. A single Log XXXX-1 will do.
to retard the effects
Personally I think this is a poor choice for an adjective word. Try using other words like reduce, decrease, diminish, minimize, or lessen.

Why would the Foundation ever test an SCP on a researcher? D-Class are here for testing purposes so use them instead.
At this point Dr ████████ threatened to shoot himself and had to be physically restrained ( exposure to SCP-XXXX-A for over 5 hours)
Why does the doctor have a gun in the first place? If they knew that 5 hours causes illogical thinking they would have thought of this ahead of time.
Your SCP has a multitude of problems and the idea just doesn't hook me in. We already have plenty of SCPs that can cause madness, insanity, dementia, instability, and general psychosis.
From what I've read it's just a mirror that if you stare at it for an hours (why would someone stare at a mirror for an hour?) you will start to vomit and you will eventually go insane. When writing an SCP you have to consider the story. Where did it come from? Why does it do what it does? When did we find it? How did we find it? A hook and story are necessary if you want to interest your reader.
I'm not saying to completely scrap the SCP, however, this needs tremendous amounts of work and love if you want it to stand a chance in the archives. I reccomend taking some time to read other SCPs that cause madness and see what makes them interesting: http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-1017, http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-1071, http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-099
Once you have an understanding about what makes an SCP and SCP, try again. I hope you will succeed, until then good luck.
