As of 10/12/20██, SCP-XXXX is considered neutralized and no containment procedures are necessary.
I may or may not be wrong about this, but I think it would still be worth checking if there is some kind of special tag for neutralized skips (for example, the -EX tag for explained ones). Also, what do you mean when you say they aren't necessary? Are there still containment procedures that just aren't mandatory, or are there none at all?
religious iconography aligning with the Catholic faith upon request.
I'm fairly certain that Catholics do not worship with icons, believing the practice to be idolatry. I also don't think "Catholic" is a religion. There are Roman Catholics and there might be some Christians who identify as Catholic in a different way that could be offended if there was no clarification.
into direct contact
How do you mean? One could easily consider "direct contact" to mean a conversation or touch.
hazmat
I believe that this is an acceptable way to refer to the suits, but it kind of feels off-tone to me.
SCP-XXXX is a humanoid female standing 1.5m in height.
No weight? Also, "standing X in height" is off-tone.
"Ailments" in this case refers to minor mental disorders, gangrene, infectious, non-infectious, and sexually-transmitted diseases, and wounds.
What do you mean by minor mental disorders? There are also many types of wounds that differ in severity. For example, you may want to consider if it can "remove" a bullet wound as easily as a rug burn.
removes it from the subject and "stores" it on its person
How, though? I'm having a lot of trouble trying to picture this, and it is honestly very confusing because of your word choice. Simple words like "remove" and "store" could describe countless actions.
SCP-XXXX itself does not display any symptoms of the ailments it removes, but becomes contagious to others.
This sentence, while not violating any grammatical rule I am aware of, is incomprehensible. Did you mean the symptoms are contagious? The way that the sentence is worded, it sounds like the entire skip is contagious to others. How would that work?
Since none of the diseases
Only diseases? I mean, I suppose you could argue that anything causing pain or "disease" to a person is a disease, but it is a little confusing. What about the wounds and mental illnesses?

they remain on its body indefinitely.
How are they on its body? Does the ailment manifest itself as some sort of tattoo so researchers can take inventory once in a while?
It seems to be unaware that it is contagious, believing that it destroys the ailment
That sounds like it is actually unaware that it is contagious and doesn't just seem that way.
SCP-XXXX claims it discovered its anomalous properties very recently before being retrieved by the Foundation (see Recovery Log).
This is awkward to read. I think you are using too many words to describe something that can be told in a few.
It has stated that its only desire all its life was to help others.
If this is a quote, it should be in quotation marks. Again, it is awkward.
he discovered SCP-XXXX healing a young boy of a cold.
I thought it didn't heal people?
It is believed that the boy caught the flu from SCP-XXXX.
The flu is not the same as the common cold.
All members of MTF Epsilon-64 who came into direct contact with SCP-XXXX needed to take sick leave during the following weeks, to recover from a variety of illnesses, most likely stemming from contact with SCP-XXXX.
You can get rid of the commas. "Stemming from" is off-tone.

It was observed repeatedly attempting to remove the tumor using its anomalous properties, to no success.
… How would that work? You never described how it "removes" the ailments, but because you specified no contact I assumed you meant that it operated through touch. Did no one do anything while a nun tried to stuff her hand down her throat to touch her own lung?
