I like this! But I would just go through real quick and just review it. Maybe think on it for a few days. Overall I think it's good, but maybe go with a different name.
Miss Cieleen, please don't give out vague and misleading feedback, especially not since you are not speaking from any kind of experience writing for this site. Please let more experienced members reply to draft threads.
Noting that this draft is now on the site as an SCP: http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-2903
Authors, readers, no replies does not necessarily mean something is ready to post.
The forums tend to move rather slowly, and it can take up to a week to get multiple reviews because no one here is paid for their work, not even staff, and people giving reviews do so in their own free time. If you haven't already, I'd recommend trying the IRC chatroom for real-time feedback. Alternatively, you can message a staff member and ask them to direct chat attention to your thread.
If I'm not mistaken, this is very similar to, if not an exact replication of, a Creeper from Minecraft, right down to the "nickname" the doctor gives it to the name of the doctor himself (Dr. Persson, who is clearly Notch). Cross-checking this with the search terms "Minecraft" and "Herobrine" (who is mentioned in this article towards the bottom), I found nothing, and I can't help but wonder why. As far as I know, the Foundation is for original SCP ideas. I'd say that, perhaps, it could be used as a joke SCP, although there's nothing really jokey about it.
In my opinion, go back to the drawing board and think this article over. Decide whether or not you really want to try to continue with this idea, and the flack you might catch with continuing. In my mind, doing so would be a bad idea.
