Several issues here. Your description is very weak and filled with pitfalls. As mentioned, the base anomaly is ill-described and that can easily turn off most readers.
And then, you suddenly claim that the computer is attached to a human. You mind as well say that it is a humanoid with a computer implanted onto him, which will deliver a clearer imagery. The characterisation is poorly handled, and the part about getting violent does not do well in characterisation.
Lastly, I do not see the point for the cross-test with SCP-735. It feels random and there is no rationale (in-universe) for such an act, other than "Hey, my SCP has hung out with this other famous SCP". This can be construed as a poor way of using the other SCP to "win" over readers, which never really works. Especially for a first work, I implore you to develop your SCP on its own and without throwing in other SCPs (unless thematically relevant and executed without backlash).
