A huge issue here is the lack of clarity. Think of the SCP format as a summary report and simultaneously a story. In the description, it should provide readers with the anomalous object and what makes they anomalous (and worth the Foundation's time). Therefore, you should have focused on the anomaly in the description instead of how it was found.
And I fail to see why the battery is classified as an anomaly. If anything, only the camcorder is anomalous.
The anomaly portrayed here does not feel too anomalous. If anything, it feels more like a camera trick than something worth the Foundation's time. As such, I think it is necessary to rethink what is this anomaly about. Why is it inside that camera? Under what circumstances can it be seen? Express those details in the Description, as though it were a report of your findings (as is the case from the POV of a Foundation researcher writing on the article).
