Are you fluent in French? If so, consider taking a look at the French Foundation branch if you haven't yet!
Also, so you know, SCP: Containment Breach is not representative of the mainsite. The people who created the game have an entirely different site from us, so if you'd like to talk about the game in detail, a better place to do so would be the CB forums, since the majority of writers here have never played Containment Breach.
That said, if you'd like to write your own SCP articles, it's a good idea to get a feel for what the community is expecting quality-wise, since almost all the famous SCPs in the games are several years old and not up to today's quality standards.
If you're looking for SCPs that are a good example of current site standards, I recommend reading the high-rated Series II and III articles (SCPs with numbers from 1000 to 2999). There are many inspirational articles in Series I, but articles written six or more years ago are less likely to be up to current community expectations, even if they've got a lot of upvotes. Remember to pay attention to how old an article is when deciding if you'll use it as a guide or not; you can (and should!) check article age by clicking the "History" link at the bottom of a page, and looking for the page creation date.
And of course, if you have any questions about the writing process, you can ask them in the General Advice forum or contact a staff member.
Best of luck with your writing, and welcome to the site!
