Hey guys! Working on a new scip, still feels a little short and underdeveloped to me, but let me know what you think!

SCP-2763 is an individual of a previously unknown subspecies of tiger
Doesn't "individual" usually refer to a sapient being? I think "specimen" would be better used here.
Indeed, there is some underdevelopment, but let's break it down. The SCP itself is rather lacking. The creature's strategy to exhaust the prey over days is similar to how SCP-966 does it, except that 966 has the consistent "no sleep" theme going on. I feel that Phase three alone essentially negates all that effort from the other two phases, so I don't see why the creature will go through all that trouble when it can attack from within.
I also fail to see the sensitive and cognitohazardous side of the article. Based on your title, this feels eerily similar to SCP-1057 (but that did the concept with a shark).
Overall, if you wish to continue, I think you ought to focus on one aspect here and go all out with it. Consider its greater meaning. Why it lives in a Bornean jungle? How did it live out its days prior to the Foundation? Did the Foundation change its way of life?
