I was introduced to the game SCP: Containment Breach soon after it was released (around 2011/12) by a friend.
I wanted to read more about the things in the game, so I came to the website and soon began binge-reading SCPs. About a year or two later (2013) I officially joined the website, and then began writing just last year (2015).
SCP: Containment Breach has brought a lot of over-zealous new kids, but some of them have turned out alright :)
Searched "Star Wars Holiday Special" an YouTube. Found Nostalgia Critics Review, became a fan of his work.
Months later, I watched a collab between him and Linkara, looked him up, became a fan of him also.
Even more months later, I watched a review where Linkara mentioned TvTropes, looked that up, now I browse through it regularly.
About a year later, I read TvTropes' Nightmare Fuel Page and clicked on a link for SCP-087.
Pissed my pants, but then I was hooked! XD
Don't hate me please
I was bored out of my mind waiting for replacement parts for my computer to come in, so went cruising TvTropes on a borrowed laptop looking some good creepypasta-type stuff that didn't make me roll my eyes. Cue two weeks of ecstatic binge reading starting at 002.
