Immediately in the Containment Procedures you it says it needs to be kept in a "standard humanoid container" but then go on to say there can be no gaps bigger than a certain length in the room. At that point, is that really just a standard room or a special criteria that needs to be met?
Also, 12 armed guards seems extremely excessive.
There's a number of grammatical and tone errors in this that should be addressed, as well as instances where punctuation is missing entirely. The run on sentences are longer than some of the paragraphs. Also there are several places where random letters are capitalized, and quite a few spelling mistakes.

Without taking the errors into account, I don't particularly like this one. I just think having a completely non-volatile skip having the ability to create hostile versions of itself for no apparent reason is a bit much and I can't get over the random alternate reality "dream" that's thrown in there.
That all being said, fix the grammar, run it through spell check, and organize your ideas a bit more and it might be more coherent. Good luck!
