All feedback welcome! Also, I'm not sure if I should include why or by who it was created. If I should, suggestions would help mightily. Here it is:
The idea of a perpetual pump is kind of interesting, in terms of why it exists and what it's being used for. I feel like this article begins with some more or less reasonable containment procedures, but they seem designed more to justify the object being keter more than they tell us much about the object itself. I find it concerning that the Foundation would use a keter class object to power an entire site, as this seems a bit too risky. Not that they wouldn't use any object, but I would consider it too much of a risk if it is so hard to contain to put the potential for other objects to break containment in the hands of something with the potential to go wrong or breach itself.
The latter half of the description goes way into the timey wimey wibbly wobbly stuff, and it goes over my head and thus not into my brain. As such I can't really comment on it other than to say it's obscure and harms my understanding of the concept.
The note at the end is weird. I don't see why the Foundation would be considering the potential termination of an object that was not directly dangerous, and why that would override the principles the Foundation works to in the first place. The whole mentioning of gluonium seems to mean that the anomalous object here is actually that, not the pump at all. Would it be safe to remove the gluonium and have a regular ordinary pump?
If I completely removed the gluonium part from the article and instead had the pump be made out of an unknown material, would that maybe make it more interesting?
About the timey wimey part, I included it pretty much because it sounds cool, and because I thought it would give an impression of professionality when the reader doesn't quite understand it. How could I improve this?
As for the final note, the point of this SCP is that it's relatively easy to contain, but if it breaches, it's very dangerous. I think if I was an O5 I would want to neutralize this thing fast since it poses such a large threat.
Also, what do you mean that the containment procedures justify instead of tell?
Thank you :)
