I'm the latest in a long row of people to have caved from being longtime readers to admit it's time they joined.
I've been reading scips and tales since… Since there were only a few of the 1XXXs, I think? I come back in 2016 and see half the pages I remember reading (and liking) having been rewritten or replaced - is that not a sign of a healthy and evolving site? (I am certainly happy that Able is considered a danger now rather than a tool to build an MTF around, he danced on the Worf Effect for too long)
I am a Troper, a Tumblr user, a fanfic writer with schedule commitment issues and a penchant for "but did you consider the fridge horror of…" narratives.
I have minor Internet fame because of some of the things I did on sites some of which no longer exist (thank you, Bioware, for demolishing your forums to the ground every few years) and which have little relevance to scary creepy pasta.
I am also a gamer, a Russian and a Gemini.
I officially declare that I joined to make a longish comment on a particular scip I felt strongly enough about to join the site for, and then I will commence commenting on other scips too.
The one decent scip idea I have had of my own and which almost made me join two years ago has already been done (and better than what I thought of), and I am unsure if I will ever scrounge up another. But who knows?
