Okay, uh… couple things here. For starters, I trimmed your thread description a bit so your post isn't crowding out everyone else's in the forum list.
In regards to your draft, I've implemented the standard image block and rating module coding. I happen to be an admin on the sandbox, but generally we forbid others from editing people's sandbox pages unless explicit permission is given on the sandbox page, usually in some sort of disclaimer or notice at the top so we can tell if an edit is vandalism or not. Also, fixing basic things are the authors' responsibility—the How to Write an SCP Guide has templates for basic article formatting, or you can consult pretty much any other article on the site to see what yours should look like.
(And quick heads-up, based on that image's url, I'm guessing you took it from deviantart? Might be illegal unless that image is a free-use stock image or the like, and even so, it's courteous to let the creator know you're using it for your own stuff that will be released under Creative Commons.)
And… I'm guessing you're joking about the "published author" thing? Posting a work to this wiki doesn't mean you're a published author any more than posting on fanfiction.net or the like (and they have a different copyright system, I'm sure!) so it's not exactly an indication of professional status.
Anyway, no one checks the intro threads for drafts! If you'd like to get critique on your work, I recommend fixing up the formatting and then bringing it to the Drafts and Critiques forum for feedback. Remember to provide a link to your draft so reviewers don't have to dig for it! Take a look at other threads there to see how people do things.
