This is, uh, kind of a direct ripoff from the movie and the book? It's problematic given that it's essentially plagiarism, down to the name itself.
Here is my re written and rethought SCP. please let me know what you think.
While the concept of dangerous palindromes can be kind of interesting, it would need to be written in such a way as to differentiate it from the plethora of other memetic/compulsion-based skips on the main list. As it stands, there's not much about this that makes it an engaging read. There's no story being told, and the item isn't unique enough to succeed as an SCP.
Based on the fundamental formatting issues (There's no description section; There's an appearance section instead,) I would recommend re-reading the major guides and checking out some that you may have missed.
This is the guide hub. You're going to want to read relevant guides, particularly the guides on writing and some articles under "Assorted Helpful Information and Essays" (Understanding memetics, random but useful, zen and the art of data expunged, technical writing, essays on style, and clinical tone declassified). In addition, all of the articles under the category "Aelanna’s Words to the Wise" on the Guide Hub are extremely useful.
