It's just a thing, doesn't matter! What's important is finding out who's fault this all is!
I dunno. I'm not an excessively big fan of "lol look how incompetent foundashun staffs is!" joke SCPs, and I feel like this piece dragged on more than it needed to.
Maybe have there be some sort of progression of events? The core SCP object isn't whatever that swarm of somethings is, it's a series of events that happened due to incompetence that everyone is scuttling around trying to find a scapegoat for.
First it's a rack of burnt cookies in the staff kitchens.
Then it's a bunch of supplies missing from one of the labs.
Then it's a once-preserved now-defrosted velociraptor running around because someone left the freezer door open by accident.
Then it's that swarm of something and holy shit nuke the site we're doomed.
I dunno. I kind of skimmed all of it since the blackboxes were kind of disorienting after a point. And the interviews just seemed silly without furthering in the plot (was there a plot in mind?)
Addendum: "Guys, maybe we should do something about the outbreak, and then find out who's fault this all is afterwards?" -Officer Clayton
Addendum 2: Officer Clayton has been placed on the high-priority suspect list.
To be honest these lines secure my +1.
