Cool idea, although I think SCPs extremely similar have been done before. Even if its not exactly the same, the idea is an old one. We have books of every type imaginable. As well as SCPs that somehow "know" the reader's/owner's past history. Perhaps you could put a special twist on it.
When opened the only words that can be found on the first page are: "To my love, Waendigo".
Did you have an idea of where you were going with this, or was it just kind of thrown in for mysterious elements? It doesn't really make sense. If you expanded on this a bit more, perhaps added some subtle clues, it might give you the edge you need.
Because of this SCP-2921 extreme inpact on a person who reads it, it has been classified as Euclid. [sic]
Perhaps you could describe how it affects people. Why is it Euclid?
These are just some things to take a look at. Polish this up a bit, and you may have something.
