The SCP idea I'm thinking of is a Planning notebook, that whatever plans are written in it, will fail, no matter how well planned out and the chance of it failing are. I was thinking of it also being sentient and doing this as pranks. I was also thinking that it got into the Foundation's hands after a Bank Heist where one of the robbers shot himself in the face and another who had the charges for the vault door had them explode while he was holding them.
Might work, but you'll have to go beyond "Subject wrote X in SCP, X happened."
Giving the notebook some personality is a good start.
Suggestion: maybe make the plans fail in a spectacularly comedic way. It would fit more in the theme of prankish reality-bending notebook. Ex, rather than having a robber shoot himself in the face, make him slip on some wet floor and accidentally shoot his partner in the butt.
That actually would be a good idea. What I also made a conversation between a researcher or Doctor and the notebook? And maybe have it do something with the One SCP that when you write about it, It takes the information

What if someone writes "this notebook stays safe and not destroyed" in the notebook?
