I have a few issues with this:
- It's a very straightforward interpretation of what misters named "top text" and "bottom text" would do, in a way the other misters thus far have not been.
- For all the characterization they get, it could be an inanimate object without making a difference.
- It's just not interesting to read about how some guys make image macros obsessively.
- I can't see a kid wanting it.
My personal suggestion is not to "flesh it out" so much as to pick out a different direction for the article entirely. What functions do 'top text' and 'bottom text' serve in image macros, anyways? How can you make a pair of Little Misters related to that function, without just restricting them to image macros? How do their properties affect their relationship and lives?
