Mine intention is for this to be a resource available to future writers. Being the rigorous scientific organization that the Foundation is, with all its myriad security procedures (to the point they even include it in their name) I figure they would have an exhaustive yet concise system to quickly report what type of containment breach is occurring, when it does occur.
The original idea was thought up by Dr. Springs, who deserves just as much credit as I do for this. I thought it a shame to see such a good idea to go, so I elected to rewrite it, which I'm grateful that he allowed me to do.
I need some good feedback on this. What's bad and what's good? Anything I should remove? Is there something I ought to add? What? And any other general thoughts and opinions you might have on this would also be most appreciated.
