Proposal: "The Shortwave"
This is an idea i've been kicking around in my head for a while during the mass edit. I've gone ahead and typed up a rough draft in my sandbox, to which i'd eventually like to add a couple of incident logs and maybe an interview or two. I'll admit not knowing much about shortwave radio, so if i've made any technical errors please feel free to let me know. This is my first shot at writing an SCP, so i'd appreciate any feedback on whether it's worth expanding.
