Picture this: A Christmas tree that drags whatever organism touches it into itself. After a few minutes, a new decoration made of flesh appears on the tree. This decoration eventually decays, and the cycle repeats. If the tree is not 'fed', and all decorations decay, then the anomaly will move on to the next Christmas tree - even if it's miles away.
Naturally, the idea itself is rather basic - and could easily become another 'if you touch it, you DIE' SCP idea - but perhaps it could become worthwhile with some development and narrative.
A side note, what would the object class be for such an object? Would it be 'safe' because it can be easily contained, or Euclid - because it could potentially escape containment?
Edit - I've just realized that this idea unwittingly has a lot in common with SCP-002, so I also need to consider features that distinguish this particular idea.
