So this is a profile of a witch written by a Foundation analogue that is set in the Medieval Inquisition of sorts? The article feels like a direct adaptation of the SCP format, to the point that it does not feel too much different from the source.
You have noted the lack of older writing styles, but the article feels more contemporary for what that should be an older piece of writing. I do not think the Protectorate (or Medieval groups) would use letter-number codings for the things they keep. I think it might be better to take influence from religious text (if not, time-appropriate literature) from Europe in terms of the tone and writing style.
But beyond that, the item in question is more or less a humanoid with anomalous effects. You tried to pull off the "demon pact" angle, but that is not utilised at all. That could have been the means for you to do something different with the concept of "witch that sells her soul to the Devil", but it seems that you decide that the format screw alone makes the article. Sadly, it does not and the content still matters.
