I've been wondering. Do you think Staff, Agents,and Task Forces live in small apartment-like rooms in the sites they work at? Most sites are located in the middle of nowhere, and I really don't think they take a trip home at the "end of the day" But then, what if they have family? I'm pretty confused.

Mission requirements. On-site housing is available if the Site needs it. They'll make it available if they don't have it. Depends on the personnel and their job, and what the Foundation needs out of them. Basically, don't worry about it too much unless you're writing a story, in which case, make it make internal sense.

Where necessary, it'd probably be like typical shift-work for isolated worksites. Workers rotate on a shift-plan so they have so many days working/living on-site, a block of days off, then back to work. For example: 8 days on, 6 off.

If you're concerned with the practical aspects of scheduling for something you're writing, some factors to consider could be: the Site's location, staffing requirements, working conditions, and practicality of transporting workers in/out.

"on-sight"? You mean all-time surveillance? I think only D-Class got that treatment, surely all other personnel surely got some privacy (unless said staff is effected by skip, of course). Saving the world won't worth having several complete starngers get a good view of your dong (and it's recorded too).
