First off, this is really similar to SCP-2966. I'm sure other bottomless/endless SCPs exist.
Containment procedures are far too verbose. Lock it in a refrigerate box. Done.
You have a basic effect, you have a test of that effect, and then an entirely out-of-character doctor's note - the Foundation contains. It's not useful enough to be used for mundane purposes.
So far, there's a lot that's unexplored/unexplained: does the bread ever go bad? is it truly endless? Are previous slices identical to others? Does it create mass, violating conservation of energy?
Altogether, you probably want to reconsider this draft, given how similar it is to other mainlisters. If you want to continue to pursue it, make sure it has its own distinct spin on the idea of an infinite pile of something.
