Idea:Somewhere in Kansas, there is a maze.
It is made of rough wooden fencing, much like
The entrants into the maze are hooded in burlap. They do not know where they are, or how they got here. There are others, who whisper that everything will be all right, to just follow the fences. Everything will be taken care of. The entrants relax. Everything is fine. There are stables, long the way with water, and bread, and medicine. Shots are given. They don't sting for long. No paths lead out. No paths lead to the center. Sometimes, there is another hooded figure who will take you, into the center. You will not come back.
This is a farm, for minotaurs to farm human flesh. The hoods are so that the humans cannot tell the minotaurs from the humans, and to keep them calm. The maze is designed like the slaughterhouses conceived by Temple Grandin. I'm having trouble figuring out exactly how people stay clam in the maze, or how they're chosen to be part of the maze. Any suggestions?
