I actually quite like the idea, but you are right, it is a bit short. I suppose you are looking for more effects to add to the teapot?

Firstly, if you want to be more technical, I recommend using "viscous" instead of honey, since it's a much more scientific term.

Also, what happens if you drink its liquid? Maybe it sneaks a bit in someone's drink, and when they drink it, something happens, maybe it makes more of itself using you as a vessel, or maybe that's a bit cliche?

Just an idea, I feel this is a good idea otherwise. I'm not a godly reviewer, but I think this advice is good.

I have a few questions about the liquid. How big is the pocket dimension, and what keeps the surface of its container from being swallowed up as well?

I was re-reading it, and I noticed that you might need to specify that the SCP's containment chamber be made of ceramic substances as well.
