1. Why does Doctor Blackboxes have to be notified?
2. Do people actually use "continuity" as a way to describe timeline? I don't dislike it, I just thought it was used more like "You can't write fanfiction about Tycho and Gabe kissing! That's NOT IN CONTINUITY!", as opposed to branched timelines that stem from a main one (but to the inhabitants of a timeline, doesn't theirs always seem like the main one? Hmm.)
3. So the 107.9 MHz broadcast describes a cyborg apocalypse, does it?
Incidentally (beware that my opinion is not held in high esteem by most of the old guard), I don't think it's OTT. OTT would be a radio that plays music so loud that your head explodes, or (as I think the main example is) a knife that cuts through dimensions. It would've been OTT if normal radios let you glimpse five seconds into the future, whereas this thing lets you hear about four years from now, because then it'd be doing what the normal object does BUT BETTAR!!1.
