Above, you can see my initial concept; below, a first draft at turning the concept into an actual article. It's obviously changed a bit, so any commentary as to whether the changes were good or not is appreciated, as well as whether the idea in general is any good.
I've left out recovery intentionally; I have the idea that the Foundation discovered this after news articles covering the prior owner's odd death, and purchased the property, but I'm not sure it'd really benefit from a recovery section. I suspect I need to connect the dots a bit better, especially to explain why air circulation is so important, and I think a brief set of tests might help flesh out exactly what it does. I also need to find a picture, if anybody thinks this has potential and has one available, it'd be appreciated.
