This is an idea I came up with a little while ago, but it's too short, and I can't think of anything to add.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXX can be kept in a standard humanoid containment unit, although all furniture in clothing must be modified to suit its physical structure. It is to be escorted to physical therapy with Dr. ███████ , psychotherapy with Dr. ██, and English lessons with Dr. ████ every day. SCP-XXX should be under constant surveillance, with a nurse standing by in case SCP-XXX attempts communication. SCP-XXX has made no requests.
Description: SCP-XXX is a female winged humanoid, apparently be between the ages of 9-12, who has gone under extreme physical torture. The wings have been partially removed, and the remains cauterized, as well as being dislocated from SCP-XXX’s back. Its tongue has also gone under multiple [REDACTED], making vocalization possible, but extremely painful. Its body is covered in scars (cauterized) shaped like the number 17 and the phrase [DATA EXPUNGED] in multiple languages, including some last used in 300 AD, as well as at least one unknown
SCP-XXX was discovered during a Foundation raid on [DATA EXPUNGED] (See Document XXX-1); however, they had apparently received it a short time before, and were unaware of SCP-XXX’s original captors.
It is unknown if other specimens similar to SCP-XXX exist.
