I swear to 343 Sal I'm going to slaughter you one day and replace your organs with 006-J.
Oh, yes, Raven commissioned me to write this (Blame Raven!), and the original idea and a lot of writing suggestions came from Tasknari.
Don't worry, I do. I don't blame you any less for it, but at least my hate is doubled.
Edit: In light of the statements made by Bright below, I have opted to change my vote to neutral. The article was funny in my opinion, but due to a bias towards the show, I made an error of judgement here. Hence, I am taking the neutral road. I liked the article, but I will not interfere if deletion is the final decision.
This is just a bad scooby doo rip off. A little funny, but, in general, just a mock up of a popular character. Downvoted, and discussing deletion.

As a rule, simply writing up a character from pop culture as an SCP is not acceptable.
For the record, I viewed this more as an accurate parody as opposed to a direct cross-over (For reference, remember Milton's Missingno -J or that Sunglasses -J). If the administrators and moderators come to the conclusion that this is in violation of site policy, I have no qualms with it being deleted.
There is a fine line between an homage (which, if done well, would be fine here) and a rip-off (which… yeah, see above), and I think this lies just inside the homage side. Then again, I may be biased.
Maybe so, but there are other issues of concern. While I'm sure it wasn't the intent, there exists the potential that someone could up vote purely for nostalgic reasons, which can potentially defeat the purpose of the voting system. Case in point, my above up vote that I decided to change to neutral. I grew up with the show, so I was biased towards voting for the article.
you are taking this way too seriously. vote with your heart
Heh. Sorry. Recent incidents in my life have had a bit of an impact on my thought and behavioral patterns as of late. I'm trying to practice a form of restraint and situational analysis.
I'll admit that the writing is good, which I'd up vote for, but at the same time, for the above reasons, I'd have to down vote. Either way, no matter how I look at it, it would have eventually evened out somewhere.
I actually rather appreciate the amount of thought this kid's putting into his votes.
Even though he voted neutral? Doh ho ho ho!
Neutral votes are valid. Think of it as up voting it for one reason, but down voting it for another. In this case, I would up vote it for being well written, but down vote it for the usage of a well known pop culture icon/group.
In the latter part, think of it as if you were voting for someone in an election because they are associated or supported by your favorite actor. Was your vote swayed by the presence of the actor? Or was it swayed because you supported the person you're voting for?
However, my stance is that I don't think the author intended for this type of effect. It was just an unfortunate and unexpected side effect. The intent was good, to make something funny, and to a degree they achieved it. It's just raising questions now is all.
Anyways, I'm analyzing into this way too much, and it's getting late for me. I need to stop or I might go even deeper, and trust me, I can think about stuff quite deeply if I want to.
Ah, the thing they're referencing is here, and it's an argument about the use of the term "neutral vote", not the position of being neutral or just not voting on an article. Just so you don't get too confused.
I didn't want to upvote this, but then MTF Mu-4 "Meddling Kids" made me laugh so hard it hurt. Damn you. XD +1.

This. It's one of the better shaggy dog SCPs, and actually uses that term in the original joke sense (I think of a shaggy dog SCP as one that has an addendum saying OH JESUS FUCK IT' GON' KIIIIIL YOU).
