The "Glass Seismograph", the second paragraph in the description is what I'm worried about.
I like it. One question: how does it indicate the date/time/location of seismic events? Might want to clear that up. The test logs really made this one, in my opinion.
I wrote an edited version of the second paragraph below:
SCP-XXXX is able to record seismic activity from anywhere on the Earth. In addition, SCP-XXXX is occasionally able to predict seismic activity from the future. The method or mechanism through which it detects and measures seismic events is unknown. Foundation researchers were able to determine the function of SCP-XXXX when a recording from SCP-XXXX was discovered to correlate with seismic records of the March 2011 earthquake in Japan. It is unknown how SCP-XXXX chooses which events to report, as it is not reporting all seismic activity in the world. It is theorized that SCP-XXXX only reports those events that are relevant to large amounts of people or to its current "owner."
Oh damn, I meant to clear that up. Thanks a ton, man.
