You probably clicked on this thread because of the summary, so allow me to explain. I actually joined this here fine site/wiki/collective interactive web fiction back in June 2010, when I was but a wee 16-year old with ideas for enough stupid humanoid SCPs to feed 682 for a month. Fortunately for everyone present (including me), I was too crushingly insecure about my writing/my very existence to ever get around to introducing myself, god forbid presenting any of my ideas. I lurked around the sidelines of the chatboard for a month or so, but eventually my attention drifted on to other things. For the next year-and-two-thirds or so, I'd come back the site once in a while to read a few articles, but I was sure that actually contributing was beyond my reach.
Until roughly…3 days ago or so, when I went on a Keter-class bender. I got a few ideas for creepy things, as usual, but this time, I realized, some of them were actually kind of… non-crappy. Decent, even. Encouraged, I dug up my old password, dusted off my old account, and, well, here I am now. I'm still not sure whether I can pull any of the ideas I have off, but I'm definitely going to try to stick around a bit longer this time before I wimp out. Hopefully I'll be able to contribute something you guys like, and you can feel free to stick me in D-class if I don't.
