I know it's the kiss of death, but I really think this idea has potential. For now, though, I'm stuck. What does this SCP need to work? An interview? A transcript? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I was going to say that we already have SCP-014 but this seems quite a bit different from that. There's good potential here.
Does it need to be just one guy who has it? What if this is an illness, or the result of exposure to something?
I really like this. Very glad you went with more than just plain old concrete. Two things:
SCP-1800-1 isn't explicitly defined before it's mentioned, so it's unclear if the designation refers to the effect or the substance itself.
The "NES device" made me picture him having a game controller strapped to his arm. This is no doubt simply my ignorance, but you may wish to consider what most people are going to associate with that particular abbreviation.
I assume that in the morning, he's covered in accretions due to sleeping. Does the electrostimulation help with that?
I figure the electrostimulation allows him to sleep without dying; otherwise he'd be consumed within half and hour or so. I'm trying to rework it now into a disease because while the condition is interesting the guy himself isn't. Will for sure consider those points you raised, though.
